Bins Pricing

    • Average 5-Day Rental: Our standard rental period is five days, perfect for short-term projects. Whether you’re decluttering, renovating, or preparing for a move, we’ve got you covered.

      Please note that any additional days beyond the agreed rental period will incur a cost of $20.00 per day + tax. We want to ensure you have the flexibility you need while keeping things affordable. If you require extra time, just let us know!

  • Our bin prices start at $225.00 for 10, 15 or 20 yard bin. with additional landfill fees of $91.00 per ton. + Tax.

    • Our 4-yard bins for concrete or soil are available at a flat rate of $250.00 plus tax. Whether you're tackling a home renovation project, landscaping, or any other clean-up task, our bins provide the perfect solution for managing heavy materials. (Customer is responsible for making sure there is clean soil or concrete only)

      At J's Bins & Moving Services, we strive to provide transparent pricing for all our customers. We understand that some items may be heavier or bulkier than usual, and in such cases, an overweight surcharge may be applied.

    • Type of Move: Whether you're moving your home, an office, or a specialty item, the type of move will impact the pricing structure.

    • Mileage: The distance between your current location and your destination plays a crucial role. Closer moves, especially within the city limits, will generally be less expensive than long-distance transfers.

    • City Limits vs. Out of Town: Moves within the city limits typically have different rates compared to those requiring travel outside the city. Out-of-town moves involve additional considerations, such as travel time and fuel costs.

Demolition Services

  • Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all their respective paperwork is in order. This includes but is not limited to titles, leases, permits, and any other documentation associated with property ownership. Keeping these documents organized is essential for smooth transactions, whether you are renting, selling, or managing a property.

    Any by-law work orders pertaining to demolition must be submitted in full. This includes all applicable documentation related to the approval and regulations governing the demolition process. Please ensure that these copies are clear and legible to facilitate a smooth review.

    If you are unsure about the permits or documentation required, you can hire us to manage and process everything for you. Our experienced team understands the ins and outs of the regulations, ensuring that all necessary approvals are in place. Let us take the stress out of the paperwork!

    • Small demolition:

    Hourly rate $55.00 - per laborer + tax.

    • General demo projects:

    Subject to an estimate (first visit of 30 minutes free of charge)

    • Project Management:

    Hourly rate $85.00 + tax.
